Cancellation Policy
- You have the option to cancel your order (except for Pre-Order Books as they get printed as soon as the payment has been completed) within a period of 24 hours, provided it has not been shipped.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once your order has been handed over to our courier, Reveuse Studio is not liable for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
Out of Stock Products
- In the event that an item is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the out-of-stock item and exclude it from the final invoice. The remaining items in your order will be promptly shipped to you.
Return & Refund Policy
- Returns and refunds are granted only for wrong or defective items which shall be non-damaged (if returning for wrong item) and unused. We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return, otherwise we are no longer liable for a replacement.
- Please do an UNBOXING VIDEO to help us verify your claim. No video means no refund or replacement.
- We ship your package with utmost care and consideration. We will not be held liable if the damages has been caused by the courier.
- Items sent back to us without first kindly requesting a return will not be accepted.
Missing Items
- If you find that your order is missing an item or if you have received an incorrect item, we kindly request that you notify us within 5 days.
- When sending an email, please ensure that your order number is included in the subject line, and we will be more than happy to send replacements or issue a refund for the missing items.
- Please note it is our policy to request complete photos of both the interior and exterior of the parcel, as well as the contents you received or an UNBOXING VIDEO.
- We compare the scanned weights provided by our carriers with our own records to ensure accuracy.
