SHIPPING & RETURNS
STANDARD SHIPPING
- Shipments are sent from Mabalacat City, Pampanga. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details and tracking number. Check your inbox and spam folder for our email notifications.
- Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.
- Saturday & Sunday: ships on Monday
LOCAL PICKUP
- Local Pick-up option Personally or via Grab Express, Lalamove, etc. is available upon checkout for Pampanga orders only. Buyer will be notified when their order is ready for pickup via email. Buyer can proceed picking up the order or shall book pickup within an hour and shoulder delivery fee.
PICKUP BOOKING REMINDERS
- Please read these guidelines first. (if you opted for booking a pickup for your order)
BOOK PICKUP UNDER THE SAME FULL NAME USED IN ORDERING
OR if ordering for another person, kindly leave the order ID (found in the confirmation email) in the notes section to the rider for reference. This is to make sure that we are handing over the correct items.
DO NOT BOOK PICKUP UNLESS YOU RECEIVE A “READY FOR PICKUP” EMAIL
Buyer will receive a “Ready for Pickup” email when their order is ready. Buyer is expected to book the pickup strictly at their scheduled pickup date and time (with 30 minutes – 1hr allowance).
ONLY BOOK RIDERS WITH INSULATED BAG
To make sure that your order will not get damaged, wet, and soiled during rainy/hot days, kindly only book riders with insulated bag.
CONFIRM WITH US FOR AVAILABILITY FIRST FOR RESCHEDULING
Do contact us first via email or iMessage/text to let us know your new preferred date & time for the pickup. Please do not book pickup if we have not yet agreed to the new date/time.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- Returns and refunds are granted only for wrong or defective items which shall be non-damaged (if returning for wrong item) and unused. We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return, otherwise we are no longer liable for a replacement.
- Please do an UNBOXING VIDEO to help us verify your claim. No video means no refund or replacement.
- We ship your package with utmost care and consideration. We will not be held liable if the damages has been caused by the courier.
- Items sent back to us without first kindly requesting a return will not be accepted.
